Shift Ready Gear — Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Shiftreadygear@gmail.com. We will respond with return instructions within 2 business days. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

As our products ship directly from our fulfillment partner, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and once accepted, place a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of approval. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Shiftreadygear@gmail.com.
